A portrait of my children, once a week, every week in 2013.
As always joining in with Jodi over at cheandfidel.blogspot.com
Siena and Reed have loved sitting on the windowsill watching the world go by recently. And they have also loved being together pretty much anywhere. Siena is the most patient, loving older sister a little boy could ever ask for.

"All good things must come an end," not sure I like whoever came up with that, but alas summer is officially over. We harvested all we could from our planted-too-late-garden before the first frost last night.

Siena-helping separate the chard (silver beet) stems from leaves for blanching and freezing.
Reed- the very last 2013 picnic on the grass from more than a week ago...

loving from last week: this reminds me that when reed was about 8 to 10 months any problem in the world could be solved by taking him on the porch to watch the cars go by, words are really not needed,  little hipster.

My thoughtful children...

Reed is getting to be so big. He turns 18 months today, and most days he feels like a toddler to me rather than a baby...
Siena is loving homeschooling...and the freedom to do all sorts of things. These two remind me so much of each other...very mellow, thoughtful and loving little monkeys.

Reed-since what's better thing to do than pick pumpkins at a apple picking orchard:)))
Siena-life is friends- already! Love seeing her be a child and free.
Couldn't resist- the girls have been so nice to Reed- love!
